Automated Marketing, Residual Income and Home Based Opportunities

Operating a home based business on the net can be very rewarding. One can control what hours they put in, how much income they make through their efforts and enjoy living the life that they chose to live.
In some network marketing businesses you have to be proactive on a daily basis to create flows of prospects and new members into your team. Once you walk away from your daily activities your income will stop, only if your marketing is not completely automated
Automating your home based business is vital, should you want to step off for even a few days. Some marketing companies have requirements for your weekly revenue stream, such as a few sign ups or some product sales quota. It may all be well and good that you can achieve those objectives when you are present. What happens when you are not there? The flow of prospects may still be there when you return but your income stops or drops due to lack of conversion. Having a system that signs people up even when you are not present is good, but one can not rely on this for very long. You still have to monitor traffic, make changes when necessary on your promotions and keep things running at a fair pace.
The answer to this is residual income. If your company has a good compensation plan, that is, does not require you to meet any other criteria to qualify for residual income, then it would be okay to walk away for a few days or weeks. You would simply keep up with your membership fees and the residual income will continue to come in. You do not want to be in the position whereby you walk off and everything stops.
To automate ones business is not that hard, all you need are some simple set ups to accomplish this. Set up a pre-sell or capture page, an auto-responder and a website. If the product or services are not yours, then you wont need that website, since you are already configured to redirect the traffic to the affiliate site for purchasing, from your capture page. It is a good thing to be an affiliate as well as having a Network Marketing business or some core business of your own. Automating in this way will keep your business going.
The next component will be your promotional activity. Ads you use that are successful can be placed ahead of time or you can increase your budget on pay per clicks, ask or hire someone to execute the daily routines to generate traffic. The next best thing is have a laptop with you. You can use wireless access to accomplish any of the tasks that need to be done. One reminder is that you should have a cell phone to access any message on you main phone line while you are away. If your business depends of person to person communications you want to be able to talk to prospects that may have some questions regarding your services or products.
Having a great automated system along with a good residual income will allow peace of mind. You wont have to worry whether your business is going to roll over and play dead, not for a day none the less a week. Network Marketing has come a long way. It is possible nowadays to have your business on automatic pilot. Technology has allowed us to develop these tools to such an extent that we do not have to keep a close eye on the everyday activities of our businesses. I believe that we have our cake and eat it too.
